Why must iGo make it so hard?

I really don't get it. I said already why iGo sucks so much. Now I have more reasons.

In the comments of my last post, a reader named PP pointed me to the link I was looking for. So I finally found the tip I needed, and figured I would buy it.

I was able to get as far as filling in my shipping information before I got another error.

Why does iGo make it so hard to be a customer?

Of course, they're still rude too :)
