Shen Cha Gold tea
I had some Shen Cha Gold tea last night that my girlfriend bought in a japanese supermarket in the East Village. It's good and light and tastes good on the first infusion, although I found this morning that it tastes best when you steep it for maybe 3-4 minutes and no more. It starts to get bitter.
