I've tried get the free keys already many-many times and still can't register (however the 30 days period is over and it is not working already).

1) Technical Support is answering only commercial version-related questions.
2) Informational Support is answering only site-related questions.
3) Licensing Support phone can be used only for the commercial versions also.
4) Technet Support is answering the questions only from the actual MSDN or other subscriptions (programs) customers.

Microsoft Technet Forums doesn't contain Category for Visual Studio Express or at least Visual Studio however the initial statement from the Technical Support from Moscow was that exactly social.technet.microsoft.com and other forums are intended for the "support service" of Visual Studio Express Editions. Also Informational Support from Moscow is expaining that MSDN forums are not supporting Free Editions - only TechNet Forums should support them.
My last hope is Email of Microsoft Russia - 48 hours for the answer they took. I didn't have these problems with the previous free versions - Visual Studio 2008 Express was working fine for me without any problems.
