Run VWG Applications as a Standalone Desktop Apps

Hi,

I'd like to share a code snippets sent by Ryan Hatch on our website.

The application that he created allow to run your VWG Application as a Desktop Application.

According to Ryan: "Now you can (run VWG as a standalone desktop application), with the Cassini Desktop Adapter.  No worrying about any WinForms compatibility issues.  Double-click & run, like any Standalone Windows application."

  • No Gizmox/VWG Installation Needed
  • No IIS 6/7 Needed
  • No Cassini Installation Needed

This code was used successfully on Windows XP & Vista, with both Visual Studio 2005 & 2008 and can be downloaded here.
