Workout regime the last 10 days or so

I was in Atlanta helping my business partner January 2nd - 5th.  He made a crack that he thought I was gaining weight.  Geez, I only work out 6+ days per week for 30-45 minutes on the cross-training machines.  However, he is probably right.  Since I got back, I have been really working out hard.  It seems that every day that I have been back, I have been working out 45 minutes per day on the machines and I have set the intensity higher.  I have been soaked in sweat when I've been done.  I notice that my appetite has been decreased also. 

However, I won't go the path of taking the diet pills from the doctor again.  They work, however, they tend to make you crazy from insomnia.  Thats too much now.  Instead, I plan on just keeping the workout regime and attempting to curb my food intake of "bad stuff."

Hey Wally,

Increase your aerobic workout rather than just weights. Also change your eating habits to be eating smaller meals but mroe frequently. eg. take 2-3 sandwiches to work. Eat 1 at 10.00am, then 1 at 12.00 etc...

And dont take diet pills. They are bad bad bad.
