As a Lead Developer at a Microsoft Gold Partner company I learn a lot of interesting stuff about how theory tends to work out in real life.
For me this is the perfect combination to keep up with my knowledge and certifications(MCSD, MCT, MCTS Sharepoint, SQL, Web) and stay agile and flexible enough to know how to apply this knowledge in the trenches.
Sometimes I'll use this blog as a mental note to myself, and sometimes to blow off some steam after an encounter with some nasty problems.
