As part of my attempt to get in better shape I've decided to purchase a pedometer. I'm a numbers kind of guy and if I see the numbers every day then I'm hoping it will help motivate me to get the suggested 10,000 steps a day. The only problem is I'm trying to decide which pedometer is best suited for my needs.
I want one that I can put on in the morning and wear or carry all day to track my steps. I've read a lot of reviews and right now I'm thinking of buying the Omron HJ-112 and carrying it in my pocket all day. However, I figured I would ask for suggestions from my very small readership first. Anyone else do a similar thing and have a pedometer they would recommend?
