TSPUG December and January Recap
I'd like to thank a couple of people for helping out the Toronto SharePoint User Group these past two months. In December we were prize-less until John from CorasWorks (creators of some terrific SharePoint add-ins) dropped in and donated a $100 Amazon Gift Certificate to our monthly prize raffle. Thank-you John!
And in January, Calvin McLennan came to speak on Small Business Server (and SharePoint's place in it) on relatively short notice. Calvin is an SBS MVP and did a great job explaining why SBS is such a nifty product. I look forward to collaborating with him in the future, perhaps to develop something we can co-present at user groups and conferences. Now that I've seen SBS and know what's in there, it would be great to see more small to mid-sized businesses taking advantage of SBS and SharePoint to manage day-to-day activities and information. Death to the Inbox!
