Startup Delayer - A cool tool to save your time after you reboot your machine

Yesterday I cam across this great tool from r2 studios which allows you to control your startup process and helps you in gaining control of your system really fast.

As they say - Speed up your computer's startup time by delaying applications to start at a later time.

As I am used to shut down my PC everyday, it was very annoying to wait for 4 - 5 minutes just watching startup items load. Now you can start using the machine very early and you can even stop/pause loading of startup application or  skip any particular application from the graphical window displayed on startup.

Apart from all this you can easily add/remove startup items, change there launch type etc. and its so easy to use, that's cool.
