City of Heroes Tanker abilities

I created Fireside on the Virtue server the other night, and so far I think I love playing with him. I'll get a screenshot of what he looks like later today. I've had LOTS of compliments on his costume that I created, which I think is great :) I love that people think he looks cool.

As for abilities, at level 6 I choose jumping instead of flying for his ability, I thought that would limit me in what I could do, but I was wrong! I have figure out that with just the combat jump I can scale buildings faster than my lvl 10 blaster “Nacirema” who has hover capabilites. With combat jump, to scale a building, you need to get face to face with the building. Turn on combat jump, and start jumping, as you jump press forward on the keyboard (W) you'll find that you can sometimes stick on the ledges or window sills, and then jump again, sometimes you can fly 3-4 floors without having to stop, sometimes you get stopped each floor.

Just work with that and you'll soon be able to scale tall buildings without being able to fly!
