Job searching and blogging.

I've seen two posts(ers) over the past few days about jobs and recruiting. It'll be interesting to watch how these blogs prove to be for job hunters and huntees.

I have a question for the hunters out there, do you post about your job hunting quests in your blogs? If so, do you fear that your current employers may read any of it?
