New friends at the Microsoft Hong Kong TechEd 2003
Just finished my presentation at Microsoft Hong Kong TechEd 2003 today, the new Business Marketing Organization Director - Robbie Wright presented a really cool opening keynote. I learn a copule of new new features about the new Exchange server and the Microsoft Office system.
Moreover, I met two new friends today - Bruce Backa (founder of CriticalSales) and Patrick Hynds (Microsoft RD and CTO of CriticalSales). They actually fly from the United States and give a couple of presentations for the Microsoft HK TechEd 2003.
Patrick
speak
for
New York City .NET Developer's Group
in the past, so I invite him to speak for my
Hong Kong .NET User Group
immediately! ( You know,
INETA won't send speakers
from the States/Europe to Asia-Pacific Region at this
moment though I always looking forward to make it happen
and wait for their reply about the formation of INETA Asia
Committee )
Anyway, Patrick and Bruce are
really cool! They promise to speak for us immediately.
HOWEVER, they will leave on 6th Sept, and today is 2nd
Sept... so... it's a bit hurry for organize such gathering
for my User Group members... :(
They'll fly to Hong Kong for the TechEd 2004 next year. I'm sure we will keep in touch this year and I'll arrange this 'upcoming' event properly. :)
