MCMS 2002 - Template paths stored statically in database

I learnt something new about CMS2002 this week - the virtual path to the folder containing template files is stored in the repository database.

I must confess that I wasn't aware of this but, I think that knowledge has probably cleared up a few questions that I've had in other areas about how/why Templates work the way they do.

The biggest lesson here is that, using CMS2002 does effectively limit you to one environment (i.e. acceptance, production) per website; does that matter... {shrug}, I doubt it!
