Mark-up tool - new workspace

I've created a new workspace to work on and improve the mark-up tool that I wrote about in a recent article for Msdn.

I'm hoping to end up with lots of efficiencies in the parsing and tokenizing as well as extracting the part that does the actual conversion into a standalone component.  As a spin-off, I'm hoping that there will be plenty of regex related improvements that I can write about in my regex blog.
