WCF Multi-tier Services Development with LINQ book rev

I recently got this book from his author (which I really appreciate) and I must say that I found it very suited for those who want to get started writing WCF services using known patterns and tools.

Naturally the chapters that caught my attention were the ones dedicated to WSSF. They provide the basic introduction to the tool in the context of the sample application explained throughout the book. In this case the reader can experiment with the automation features for code generation provided by the tool and the implemented patterns.

Another good addition is the business component and data access layer developed using LINQ which is the “missing” part from WSSF (actually the part left for the developer).

In summary, a very good reading for those interested in getting up to speed with complete WCF services using known patterns and tools.
