What stops me from Implementing Visual Studio Team System

Thinking of implementing visual studio team system in an organization makes me think about the small “minor” things that i miss

1. The ability to integrate team system from other tools in the organization… for example delphi ide, yea i know its not in the priorities of Microsoft to do so but organizations will not adopt a development process control system if it will not cover all the development environment in the organization

2. Easy integration to current source control systems, as source safe haven’t left such good impression on several organizations that i know… it is hard to convince people to move back to Microsoft Source Control, even if it is not source safe. I know team system has flexible integration but its not so able to build such adapters and hmm.. there isn’t much documentation about it either… guess why…
