Upgrade DXperience suite to 9.1.4

Hi all.

I was very pleased to see the installer experience from Developer Express. They added an option to upgrade the current installation thus avoiding the uninstall-install process. This is way faster than with previous versions.

Download Developer Express tools in the Client Center for subscribers and for tryouts the trials link is here.
