Architecting and implementing a port from legacy systems to J2EE of a corporate financial lending system. Delivery of Bachelor report focused on Software Reengineering methodologies and techniques.
I served as Project Manager in the student group which consisted of 5 team members. The project received a grade of 1.5 (1-6 scale) and very good reviews from the employer. Personally I gained a substantial foundation in Reengineering theory.

My first project (and first .NET project) was www.sangrok.no, with a simple content management backend. I also developed an MS Access based member management system for Sangrok. For Sportsys (www.sportsys.nu) I developed an application for Palm in C++ with a sync application (Conduit) written in VB6. I have also done consulting and assistance for two graphic design companies on web development.

I have worked with several different development tools and techniques, both in school, in different jobs and assignments and also in my own company. I've also participated in the Norwegian .NET User Group and have contact with people in Microsoft
My grade point average from NITH is 1.69 (1-6 scale). I specialized in programming (J2EE) and had .NET and OODBMS as electorate subjects. The first year I won the yearly programming competition with a C++ DirectX Snake clone. I was class president in my final year.
Our bachelor project was done in EDB Syscon (http://www.syscon.no/), and we ported a module of a legacy system to J2EE using methodology taken from research on Software Reengineering. I was project leader during the 4 months of this Rational Unified Process based project that received a grade of 1.5.

eMobilePKI
In cooperation with
eDocument
eMobilePKI is planned to be implemented in a digital public forms application (eDocument). eDocument enables public institutions, and others, to construct their own forms (in a Word style windows forms application) and publish them automatically to web (through an administrative application). These forms are planned to include digital signing and integration agains existing systems in use in public offices. First beta release completed. eFactory User Management System
A user management application that will form the basis for eFactory's other applications. Built around SQL Server as a .NET Remoting application hosted on IIS. Provides authentication and authorization based on a custom Principal solution. A full ASP.NET administration application is also developed to perfrom maintenance on the user registry. The application manages the entire organisation with maintenance of Offices (Geographical locations) and departments (Logical location) in the organsiation.
eCompetence
A competence tracking system used to track skills and certifications for users registered in UMS (see above). Uses .NET Remoting to get user information from UMS and enables UMS users to build a curriculum vitae based on availible skills and certifications. Provides a management ASP.NET user interface to manage skills and review the users skills and run reports related to educational, and hiring efforts in the organsiation.
