Screenshots

I've started working on a guide to using the addin.  All there is so far is a number of screenshots.  You can tell pretty much how it all works just from them.

Here is an example of running an individual [Test] method.  Right click anywhere inside the method and choose 'Run Test(s)'.  If you click anywhere else inside a [TestFixture] class or namespace - all contained [Test] methods will be run.
