Yesterday I received in the mail a copy of Eric Sinc on the Business of Software. When Martin Woodward (of Teamprise) and Eric heard I've started working on TestDriven.Net full time, they very thoughtfully decided to send me a copy! Here's an email I somehow managed to intercept:

regularly and love it.

Regarding the assumption that we cannot hire Jamie Cansdale:
