PDC 2005 Tuesday

Just got out of the keynote address.  A few things to note:

1. Office "12" will ship with a new user interface that removes the old menus and toolbars and introduces a "ribbon" style navigation that resembles a graphical tabbed pane.
2. MAX was released showcasing the new features in Windows Presentation Foundation and Windows Communication Foundation.
3. "Atlas" was released today!
