What? Seattle GiveCamp is a weekend-long event where software developers, designers, and database administrators donate their time to create custom software for non-profit organizations.

Where? SeattleGiveCamp will be held in the Microsoft Commons building in Redmond, Washington (a suburb of Seattle).

When? Seattle GiveCamp will happen from Friday, Oct 19 through Sunday, Oct 21, 2012.

How?

• Charities submit applications for consideration. We review the applications and notify charities who have been selected.
  
• Information professionals of all abilities, technology specializations (ASP.NET, Flash, iPhone, PHP, Ruby, etc.), and roles (software developers, project managers, designers, and database administrators, etc.) commit to volunteering their time to spend Oct 19-21 cranking out great applications that help charities work better! You can commit to volunteer the full 3 days or some portion of the 3 days. It's up to you.
