Project 2002 and VS.Net

Is somebody know a way to implement a project file done by MS Project 2002 in VS.Net?

I woul like to follow my own daily tasks inside VS.Net, and I don't really have time to duplicate my entries in the Tasks list in VS.Net

And of course the obvious question : how ?
