That's it, I found a logical explanation for this amazing 10% of users who turn off Javascript.

Indeed they DON'T turn off, it's off by the browser.

This portion of the population are using Screen Readers, and obviously, they can't really use some specific Javascript animation or other DHTML stuff.

I am not going to bother you anymore with this subject, but I am going to do some research on this, because the project I am working on has a huge section for special needs schools and kids, so this concerns me.

I want to be sure about .Net and accessibility issues, so I will let you know what I found.
