Win a MSDN subscription for life

The idea is cool to win MSDN for life. check it there.
But two remarks for MSFT.

1 - Why do you specify at the bottom of the form, only for US, in very small fonts.
It's sad but I am not a New-yorker ;-)

I dream the day that MSFT will be a worldwide company ;-)

2 - The other one is about enter the draw with a company name.
I can say without consulting an oracle that I will not be in the same company in saying 10 years (I'm old enought so I can't put more than that ;-).
So if I leave my company, can I keep the subscription ? (If I win indeed !)
