INDA Dublin - Sharepoint lecture by Mark Andrews and Tiernan O'Toole - 11th of October

During this presentation Mark will be talking about the Architectural overview of Share Point, requirements, why you would choose Share Point 
portal server or Windows Share Point Services, Web parts and their Structure with a development demo (by Tiernan), who will also have a few notes on code security for Web Parts. There will be info on the portal infrastructure, smart connected organizations, and info about connecting the organization.

Mark Andrews has done some research work was in the area of secure transparent mobility and involved work with RFC3344 Mobile IP specification as well as IP Security, IKE and Firewall technologies. Mark published several papers at international conferences based on this research. He has worked for companies such as AIB Group, Lucent Technologies, Vodafone, Dataway Inc. and currently work for Microsoft as a software process engineer.
Tiernan OToole is a tech geek living in dublin and working for Microsoft Ireland. he likes programming computers and embedded devices, like pocket pcs and smartphones. He doesent have spare time, since that’s what he does with it!
