Add n number of blank rows in GridView without database.

Today I got a query to add 3 blank rows in GridView so I posted here.

Some Key points are:

1. Add namespace

using System.Data;

2. Define DataTable on Main Class:

DataTable myDt;

3. Create a DataTable :
