GotDotNet Workspaces Upgrade

I'm surprised no one noticed it yet (well, not really since most people probably use them through Visual Studio), but the team at GotDotNet released an upgrade to the Workspaces. From what I can tell, here are the new features:

• Alerts: Notifies you when various events happen in your workspace. Highly configurable and very cool.
• Documentation: Not quite sure how to use this one yet, but in the new “Customization“ section, you can upload HTML files and images, so I think this has something to do with that.
• Security: You can now define access control on a folder basis, allowing you to hide code from some users.
• Workspace Aliases: In short, no more GUIDs to memorize (like you'd really do that). Now your workspace is at http://workspaces.gotdotnet.com/[alias], where alias is an 8 character virtual folder whose name you can control.

Now, there isn;t a whole lot of information regarding this stuff that I have been able to find, but I played around with it tonight while reorganizing my workspace (which I will discuss tomorrow), and it's pretty nifty. They've done a really great job, and I can't wait till they let me install it on my own server someday. If you haven't checked it out yet, I just gave you 4 reasons why it just became more compelling.
