OPML Fix for .Text 0.95.2004.102

I was working on more upgrades to LonghornBlogs.com tonight, and decided to post a fix for the OPML.aspx bug that I blogged about earlier. This one is an ASPX page that uses inline script instead of a compiled class to do its dirty work. Just tate the “.txt“ off the end of the file name, and drop it into your .Text root folder, and you're golden until the next drop.

Speaking of LonghornBlogs, I just upgraded the site once again, to take advantage of some of the new features. After briefly spacing out about the nuances of bitwise math, I finally got the grouping system to work, thanks to Scott's great Forums post. You can find our more about the changes we made here.
