Ayende (Oren Eini) is the most prolific bloggers I read. According to his bio, he lives in Israel. I assume you know of him because of his Rhino.Mocks library.
Cool list and I agree with you on the selections. I hope that one day I will make it into such a list too :)
I think that adding Oren Eini (aka Ayende) to the list makes this post worth as I believe he really made a great jump, community-wize, in the last year.
"Think you should be on future lists like this?" - I think that you should remove this line as it is somewhat chizzy I believe. People who makes a differece should be picked without saying "hey, I want to be picked".
That's why I'm not totally agree with your list, but you mentioned some fine guys here whom I really enjoy reading so well done.
