Today VS2005 Beta1(best developer tool on the planet) will be out!!!

At Tech-Ed Europe on June 29, 2004 (Today), Microsoft is announcing the Beta 1 of VS.Net 2005 (The best developer tool Microsoft has ever shipped). The beta will be available for download by MSDN subscribers shortly after it's release.

Also the same day(Today) Microsoft is announcing an exciting new addition to the Visual Studio 2005 family called "Express" products.

The Express products consist of:
· Visual Web Developer 2005 Express Edition, a lightweight tool for building dynamic Web sites and Web services (I have tried it and it's going to be a very interesting tool for web developers!)
· Visual Basic 2005 Express Edition, a streamlined programming tool for beginning programmers to learn how to build exciting Windows applications
· Visual C# 2005 Express Edition, Visual C++ 2005 Express Edition, and Visual J# 2005 Express Edition, targeted programming tools for students and enthusiasts who wish to learn the fundamentals of computer science
· Microsoft also ships SQL Server 2005 Express Edition, an entry-level database for hobbyists, enthusiasts, and students developers
