AssociatedControlID property in ASP.NET 1.1 SP1

Thanks to Scott Galloway for pointing out the AssociatedControlID property was added to .NET 1.1 SP1.  Now I don't have to go through all the pain that I thought I had to in my previous post about creating Section 508 compatible labels on the client-side.
