  • I know you're busy, Roy, but that was a pretty weak case study. The single user license for SmartInspect costs $299. If you got a free copy, I'd expect a case study worth at least half that amount, if not the full amount. What you gave us was a terse, nearly useless synopsis of some of the features and a screenshot pulled right from SmartInspect's website. If I were them, I would revoke your license until you did a real review.

    Thanks for posting the case story, I appreciate it! Regarding the error filtering: there are different error types in SmartInspect (plus the additional Error log level), so you need to select all error types. If you still have issues with this, just email us and I'm sure we can get this solved quickly.
