    • There is only one problem with this deal from MS.





      If you order the MSDN CD-Rom subscription of, you get the V37 Pocket PC free. However, If you order the MSDN DVD subscription, you forfeit the $300.00 rebate MS normally gives to customers who order the DVD subscription.
