Any softies out there know a solution to this problem?

I've got email processing rules in Outlook 2k3, they are processing mail out of the junk email folder. I want them to run, but not to hit the junk email folder at all. I've seen this posted a few places on the net, but no one seems to have a solution?

It's the way rules work in relation to the Junk Email filter (precedence wise). Not much you can do about it.
