Bit Torrent (BT) is nothing new and I know the information
structure (I just help the internal MIS and personnel
department to gather information and a warning letter was
given to an employee, because this guy used BT during office
hour with office equipment/resources). There are a lots of
debates about BT around but I don't have any interest or
feeling on it. Anyway, a
jobless Hong Konger was arrested today
and he may become the first case of copyright ordinance
violation in the world... will see..

Unfortunately, there's a vast misconception about BT. BT
is more about performance improvements in file-transfers
(protocols) rather than P2P file-sharing. It really
isn't P2P (and so isn't Napster) as both needed a
centralized tracker/database.
ah.. Yes, I understand the beauty of BT, but the cases
above are referring to upload/download pirate movies in
office and newsgroup respectively...
