ASP.NET Web Matrix doesn't work after installation of VWD or .NET Fx 2.0

Seems our fellow Web Matrix users face various designer and compilation issues after the installation of VWD and .NET Framework 2.0, so it's good to recall a technique that how we can target the .NET Framework version in Web Matrix.

Although people *really* ought to just use Visual Web Developer. :-)
