Now running w.bloggar from non-admin account

All it took was copying the w.bloggar install directory to a directory in which the non-admin account has permissions. Again, not an ideal solution, especially since it demonstrates that the default install doesn't need to be the way it is, but I suppose I shouldn't complain too much about security in freeware.
