Visual Studio -- Shortcut Key Guide

The Shortcut Key Guide from Mastering Visual Studio .NET looks to be very handy. I don't know how long this link will stay active on the Safari Bookshelf site, so you might want to either buy the book or "SaveAs" a local copy.

Make lowercase... cntrl-U, why not cntrl-U for make uppercase and cntrl-shift-U for make lowercase... :D

Now, that's not just funny, it's howlarious! I assume these shortcuts evolved over time and that time was not available to have someone review them in detail. I grew up with command line interfaces, which were a vast improvement over punched cards, so I tend to like the Command Window a lot. You can do some really cool things with it. I do find that the list of shortcuts in Appendix C has some really useful items.
