  Whats the point of releasing source code with such complete restrictions?
  "You may also compile the source code for internal tests of your programs, but you are not allowed to publish, distribute, sell, rent, lease or lend the compiled assembly."
  
  The only gain I can see is that other people will be doing your debug?
