NUnitAddIn & VS.NET 2002

Having difficulty installing the Add-In into VS.NET 2002 - is it supported? The add-in appears, but when I turn it on I get 'The Add-in 'NUnit Add-In' failed to load..... Error Number: 80131534 - does that mean anything to anyone? Would upgrade, but we have too many systems to upgrade and are at a critical point in development - shame 2003's project files are not backward compatibal eh!

I'm afraid I don't have VS2002 installed at the moment to test it. For a long time it was working with VS2002 and I definately want to support it. If you contact me directly I will endevor to get it working.

This does not answer the issue with NUnitAddin, but while testing VS2003, I used a project converter to convert between VS2002 and VS2003 project formats and had no issues (other than I had to make sure I converted the project files to VS2002 before committing).

Not that it helps, but I am getting the exact same error on VS 2002.

I think that is a short-minded comment - Migration from one tool/framework throughout a development team mid-project has certain business-risks (technical, training and financial implications to name a few) that have to be taken into consideration. When we are in the best position for the migration - we will - and probably skip 2003 and go straight to 2005.
