Switching Target Frameworks with VS.NET 2003

I can't believe I missed this neat feature of VS.NET 2003. There goes my reason for staying with the old version.  2003 here I come...

With Visual Studio .NET 2003 you can
easily switch the target Framework version:
this will generate a .config file for you.
