The Visual Studio 2005 extensions for .NET Framework 3.0 (WCF & WPF), November 2006 CTP works with the RTM of .NET 3.0 Framework. The above screenshot highlights the templates for WPF.

I purchased Visual Basic 2005 Express, However it does not have WPF Templates for my Application

You have to download it separatly(.NET Framework 3.0 (WCF & WPF), November 2006 CTP) It is not packaged with visual studio 2005
