Don't take this the wrong way, but I am not sure this is the kind of post we really want on the main feed... whenever I am about to post something I try and think if the post I am making is relevant to the purpose of this site. The main feed on our site aggregates alot of posts, so I think we need to make sure that readers are getting the best signal to noise ratio possible. I am not trying to pick on your or anything, I think the majority of your posts are very relevant and add alot to the main feed, but I don't think posts like this add anything.

James I agree with you but hey we're not in the army now ;-). A bit of fun sometime is good too !
OK OK I promise I will post more serious .Net stuff like how to make your mother in law loving generics for example. No just joking ;-)
A technical solution needs to be found in order to define what appears in the main feed and what doesn't. This is the right way to do it.
Agree with you Fabrice. But as I said many times, I like the idea that we can have our own jokes on our blogs. so yes filter is a good idea, but how you going to filter? If this space start to have to much controls, a lot of people will run away.I think self discipline can work well, and yes I include myself. I promise I will pay more attention next time. The point is that I don't post really for the main feed but for myself, and sometimes, yes I am a human being, I can do mistakes ;-)
Well what about starting with a checkbox "visible in main feed"?
What about a main feed with "fun" and a main feed "without".
What about a third main feed without marketing? ...Ooops, I digress ;-)
