Fixing overlaying layer with Dropdown in IE

Nothing really new in this article but still useful as one place to go if you have those pesky dropdown lists all the time over your nice crafted html layers.

This is something I was looking for quite some time . I wa suffering with this problem while using atlas drag panel in a pge where we also have dropdownlist
