OK maybe it’s not the end of the migration issues, but I discovered (IMHO) what could be the root of the problem.

I tested the new migration tool wizard for ASP.Net 1.1 to 2.0, and yes it’s much better.

Ok I finally manage to get a bit of more time to have a try at VS 2005 Beta 2.

My first attempt a couple of weeks ago has failed to migrate one serious project I am managing with .Net 1.1

Roy if you read this, thanks a million for the excellent lecture you gave yesterday. I am right to say that everybody enjoyed everything. The "social pub disco wine after" night was great too :-)

Thanks to Microsoft for this series of free e-learning videos. I wish this could be only the start of a followed initiative.

This start by lessons for beginners but then goes to more advanced projects like building an RSS reader.

No I am not talking about the Disney one but the cool new optical mouse launched by Apple.

This is really a cool project, kind of extending Mono on Mac OS X.

In the footsteps of Google, it seems that Microsoft is doing everything Google have released. After Google Maps and Microsoft Virtual Earth now we have another round with Google's personalized homepage and Start launched by Microsoft.
