Fix: Requested registry access is not allowed error when creating silverlight project in visual studio 2008

• Ok tried this and the 800 other site that say it's a rights problem. I trying to start a new c Sharp project this happens, I have reinstalled about 15 times already and about to pull my hair out. It seems i can start any new projects.
  I really need to find a solution to this problem.
