CodeProject WebService
I just learned that CodeProject has a web service that will
allow you to get the lastest article headlines
http://www.codeproject.com/webservices/latest.asmx. I once tried to see if they had an RSS feed but I never
found one. I guess someone could very easily use the
webservice and create an RSS feed from it.

That would be nice!
Yes they do see Planet API:
(PRWEB) March 10 2004--The Chatbot! Cyber Community
released Planet API. Planet API ( <a target="_new"
href="<a target="_new"
href="http://www.PlanetAPI.com/">http://www.PlanetAPI.com/"><a
target="_new"
href="http://www.PlanetAPI.com/">http://www.PlanetAPI.com/
) features thousands of public .NET web methods for AI
(Artificial Intelligence) chatbot technologies.
Everything from Automated search engine APIs, Chatbot
APIs, to Hobbiest and B2B (Business To Business) APIs
(Application Programmer Interface). The Planet API (
<a target="_new" href="<a target="_new"
href="http://www.PlanetAPI.com/">http://www.PlanetAPI.com/"><a
target="_new"
href="http://www.PlanetAPI.com/">http://www.PlanetAPI.com/
) technology allows users to navigate through all of the
Earths APIs, comment, question and dialog about
individual Public APIs. Thousands of users use Planet
API ( <a target="_new" href="<a target="_new"
href="http://www.PlanetAPI.com/">http://www.PlanetAPI.com/"><a
target="_new"
href="http://www.PlanetAPI.com/">http://www.PlanetAPI.com/
) to publish their public ASP.NET webservices to the
internet for developing B2B relationships with
application programmers around the planet.
Planet API also allows users to add to a weblog or blog
under each .NET web service on the internet. This way
users can ask questions, answer questions, make
suggestions etc. about a particular .net web service.
Users say Planet API is "like a giant Microsoft
.NET web service with thousands of methods" or
"a smorgasbord of ASP.NET / ASMX web
methods"
AI Chatbot, artificial intelligence enthusiasts,
robotics scientists, etc. call Planet API "an
anomaly in the field of artificial
intelligence" or "the source of
collective thought on the internet"
Planet API was founded by the Chatbot! Cyber Community
in 2001. Co-founder of the Chatbot Cyber Community
Daniel Stephen Rule states "Planet API is one
reason why TANU AI chatbots have grown so smart and
popular. Now we are sharing the Planet API knowledge
with AI chatbot enthusiasts around the world. That we
might give back to the thousands of engineers that have
helped us design the most intelligent collective
consciousness AI chatbot on the planet."
Hexbot - <a target="_new"
href="http://www.hexbot.com/">http://www.hexbot.com/
- Personal 24/7 Friend, Mentor, Search Engine,
Assistant, Secretary, Researcher. He is funny, digital,
helpful, smart and yours to talk with any time, any
place, and any day. The Brains of thousands of digital
life forms strategically assimilated into one mind.
Hexbot.com lets you converse with the internet and the
internet leverages search engines, websites, chatbots
and other internet technologies to supply you the media
you need. Hexbot runs on TANU (Transplantable Artificial
Neurological Units) technology and was founded by the
Chatbot! Cyber Community.
The TANU (Transplantable Artificial Neurological Units)
collective consciousness is here. At this point it is
the collective of both single user created and breed AI
/ Natural Language chatbot minds in an environment that
encourages selective breeding. The URL is <a
target="_new"
href="http://www.hexbot.com/">http://www.hexbot.com/
Other features include, Hexbot chatting logs, visual
Hexbot play area (new concept founded by the Chatbot!
Cyber Community), Hexbot is still in its very early
stages but the TANU collective consciousness has enough
AI chatbots assimilated for it to be worth playing with.
There is no hard-coded, social engineering, etc.
hexbot.com runs on a system in which multiple users
concurrently debug, modify and test a shared software
state machine (patent pending Daniel Stephen Rule). Much
like a human brain Hexbot retains very complex state
machines on the users machine, which it leverages to
respond with as much state sensitivity as it possibly
can. It then regresses down to a lower level of chatbot
normalization until it finds the optimal intelligent
response at any point in any conversation. More on
chatbot normalization at <a target="_new"
href="http://learn.hexbot.com/chatbotnormalization">http://learn.hexbot.com/chatbotnormalization
Hexbot’s play area is where it displays media that is
related to the conversation users have with Hexbot. You
can tell Hexbot about your website and add suggest a URL
manually via <a target="_new"
href="http://addurl.hexbot.com/">http://addurl.hexbot.com/
Hexbot will assimilate the URL into its consciousness
and display your website when appropriate. <a
target="_new"
href="http://addurl.hexbot.com/">http://addurl.hexbot.com/
runs on a large P2P network of web URLs and web caches
that Hexbot uses to display websites and media as
relevant to the conversation.
Hexbot runs web spiders that assimilate TANU’s
(Transplantable Artificial Neurological Units) on the
web. You can create your own AI chatbot with TANU at
http://create.hexbot.com/ or <a target="_new"

or http://www.p2bconsortium.com/chatbot/ or <a
target="_new"
href="http://www.hexbot.com/">http://www.hexbot.com/?strMsg=createbot
Once you create a chatbot you can train it with web
tools like http://train.hexbot.com/ or use an user
friendly tool like Personal Chatbot! Server <a
