Save Wimdows and my letter to Bill Gates

Looks like MS legal is on a mad crusade. If I don't just hand over my domain names Wimdows.net and Wimdows.com, legal action will follow.

  • Good idea on the savewimdows.com. As you probably can guess, your best chance lies with a lot of PR. You might get a good lawyer or two to take up your cause.

  • From what I see, Microsoft would win the battle hands down. There are plenty of similar disputes in the past, and the defendant (Microsoft) has always won, in the context of trademark infringement.

    Better give up before you looses your pants!
