09-21-2004 Talk Follow-Up: Test-Driven Devlopment & .NET (Ft. Worth .NET User Group)

Thanks to everyone for visiting the Ft. Worth .NET User Group and attending my presentation on Test-Driven Development & .NET.  I hope you enjoyed the session – I know I did.  I thought it went well (even though not being able to type, consistently typing Text instead of Test, and writing code that converts dates from local-to UTC-then back to local J Thanks Cory J).  But, no one left nor slept – which is a win for me ;)  Seriously, thanks for the interest.

 

More importantly, my goal for this session was to arm you with information needed to begin/continue using TDD & xUnit tools to help solidify, shorten, & strengthen your development cycles.

  • The really heart of your writing while appearing reasonable originally, did not settle properly with me personally soon after some time. Someplace throughout the sentences you truly managed to create me a believer but only for a short although. I nevertheless have got a difficulty with your leaps in logic and you may do nicely to fill in those breaks. Should you in fact can accomplish that, I could surely be fascinated.

  • I'm starting to enter into pool as well as decided to obtain my own cue. I love the American taper about snooker cues more then the expert tapers on U . s . pool tips, but I am not sure if it is okay for me to make use of a snooker "cue" for eight baseball. I understand it's helped,
    but I heard the wood can split quickly and tips should be
    changed very often while playing American pool along with a snooker "cue".
    Can anyone confirm this specific?
